Sorry for not posting for over a week, but with contest and makeup leadership training it has been quite a hectic week. I do have one valuable insight from the training this week, the numbers don’t lie. Toastmasters clubs that get all of their DCP goals grow. Clubs that do not worry about their DCP goals shrink. It is just a fact of the organization.
How do you keep members at your Toastmasters club? Work on achieving as many of your DCP goals as possible. It is the only measurable way to know that your club is doing what we all achieve to do, grow.
Keep on moving on,
Chris
