What almost caused me to get into an accident Monday night?
A Toastmasters billboard along I-85 in South Carolina for District 58.
What a great idea. I wish that more Districts where as proactive in coming up with new ways to promote Toastmasters. There is only one negative to the billboard. I couldn’t remember the website. I had to search for South Carolina Toastmasters. http://toastmasters-d58.org/ is not the best link on a billboard, but overall it got me to really think about how District 40 could better target our potential Toastmasters.
What other forms of advertising have been effective for other districts?

Hi Chris,
Actually I did see a billboard in District 40 territory in Frankfort, KY when I was there last May. I also have a Toastmasters blog and had a entry about it here: http://www.willhsiung.com/tmblog/?p=5 - it appears to be the work of several Kentucky TMs.
Enjoy reading your blog and will come back often.
