Like so many success blogs, what is repeated over and over again?

If you are a toastmaster, GREAT! I am preaching to the choir. If you are not a Toastmaster, then what is stopping you?
You see it over and over again in the success literature. Do you want to be more confident? Do you want to learn to be a better communicator? Do you? Really?
Then what is stopping you?
For those of you that are Toastmasters and are not seeing improvment, do you know why?
