		<description>Ah..to win the World Championship..I can almost taste it!
Having said that, if we all wait for Toastmasters to validate us as awesome speakers, then we will never feel good about what we do.  I love the conferences and the contest..I may never win, but I am still a great teacher and speak very well. If you need to use this contest as a stepping stone for your career, you may suffer in your confidence...You are only as good as your fellow listeners tell you and if they tell your good then beleive it...Tks Annie</description>
